Rescue:

A small rescue in a village had received a call from a couple that lived on the outskirts of the
town. They had moved there from the city, looking for the peace and tranquility of the country.
What they didn’t realize was how many cats would be abandoned in their area. The
strays would show up and being animal lovers, they brought them into the house, as they
didn’t want to see them hit on the road. Over time a few more showed up, as the cats
migrated from surrounding farms as well, and they tended to their injuries and fed them well.
This is all fine and good, but there was no population control. As a result the cats were
breeding rapidly and they could find homes for just so many, and then they exhausted their
contacts. Better at controlling population by the time they contacted the small rescue, by
isolating the females when they were in heat, but still the colony grew to thirty felines and
the woman sought out help to rehome the cats. Being a sizable colony, and luckily all indoors,
they eventually all came into Pet Patrol care including pretty little Halo.

Personality:

Told by her foster mom: Halo is very sweet. She was a little timid when she first arrived but
purrs easily when she is relaxed. She wants to be close by (even if she’s not always ready
to be pet yet) and always wants you to know she’s around with her little meows so it’s easy
to find her. She is very good at finding cozy hiding places! Halo likes to play and run around
after her toys, especially if they are interactive with her people. Once comfortable in her
surroundings she is confident and wants all the love she can get. This little cat is chatty and
inquisitive and ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into
the family and keep her safely indoors
