Rescue:

A woman started feeding a male black cat as it became obvious he was abandoned and
left to fend for himself. He was feeling comfortable enough to take up residence, in a cat
shelter she had in her front garden. To gain his trust she started standing outside with her
coffee in the morning and evening and nick named him Bubba Boo. “He would come running excitedly when I called him, meowing and rubbing up against my legs. I just remember
how proud I felt and how happy he was at that moment, to have someone who cared about
him”. He had a wound on his leg and started limping, after a few days he was not looking
so well. “It was so cold outside it hurt my heart to see him go on living on the street so I
opened my door and he came right in”. A vet appointment followed and he is doing much
better now.

Personality:

Bubba Boo is such a sweet and gentle boy, he deserves a home where he is safe and
warm. It may take a little time to adjust to a new family, but before you know it he will be
purring loudly, rubbing up against your legs and sleeping at your side on the sofa. He is still
exploring toys and getting used to them, they are definitely something new to him. Bubba
Boo is a nice cat who will be good company to his people, in a quiet home with lots of love
to give. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
