Rescue:
In a town that is surrounded by farmland and a population of people who do things the traditional way, there are sheds for the horse and buggies to park in. In one of these buildings two
little gray cats were noticed running around by the staff from the store. This would be Quincy
and Quinlea. Having Pet Patrol in this town made it quite convenient for the staff to notify us
and soon humane traps were set up to rescue them. It did not take much to entice them as
both small cats were extremely hungry and they were soon on their way to the sanctuary. Both
were quite terrified when they first came in, but we were able to pet them as they showed no
aggression in anyway, not even a growl. Soon Quinlea and Quincy were ready to go to foster
homes where their wonderful gentle personalities came out and their trust for people encouraged
Personality:
Quinlea can be a shy kitty but an extremely friendly cat with the people who care for her. She
really enjoys having her chin scratched and will fall asleep basically anywhere you put her. This
petite all grey kitty is an absolute perfect lap cat when you’re in need of cuddles. At night she
will explore but will still come and sleep beside you in the end. Her favourite toys are any type
of string or laser light and if you put a kitty enticing show on your laptop for her, she will become extremely curious and start watching it with you too. Quinlea has come a long way in her
socializing and is now ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that is calm and focused on her, that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
