Rescue:

Pet Patrol received a message from a woman looking to rehome her two cats. ‘Hi there. I have a
pair of six month old kittens from the same litter. They’re long haired. They have their 1st shots
and deworming. A male and a female. I have discovered that both myself and my youngest
son are allergic. I’ve been trying to rehome them through Facebook via friends with no luck so far.
I’m hoping you can help.’ During the phone conversation she mentioned that the cats were Persian and she got them from a breeder in another large city. The ‘breeder’ wanted to meet her
in a parking lot for her to purchase the cats, but the woman insisted on meeting her at her home.
She was not allowed to go inside and the cats were brought out to her. The transaction was cash
and there were no proper Breeder papers to go with them. Although Clover and Rory have
Persian in them, they are not pure bred.

Personality:

Both cats are quite bonded to each other. Their personalities are laid back and gentle, they are
playful and fun loving and they are good with children. They love toys and their cat climber,
sitting up top to see what is going on in the room from a higher vantage, as well as seeing the
outside world activities. Both are cuddly, easy to pick up and like to snuggle in on the couch or
bedtime. They are good company for their people and for each other. It would be preferable for
them to be adopted together, into a home that is familiar with the care needed for this breed.
Clover and Rory are ready to be adopted into a forever home. One that will welcome them into
the family and keep them safely indoors.
