Rescue:

Stanley is a cat who, unfortunately, needed to be rehomed. He was adopted into a family
home when he was just a kitten and enjoyed by everyone. They watched him grow, be
curious and learn the ways of the family. He was fun loving, playful, curious, affectionate
and gentle. He was good with the young children and allowed free access to the new baby.
He was not neutered though, and the time was coming up for that. Could they afford it?
Around that time the baby began to have breathing problems and the mother thought it could
be because of Stanley. He loved to sleep with the baby. Concerned that an appropriate
home be found for him; she reached out to a friend of hers that knows of Pet Patrol. Soon
Stanley was brought into our care.

Personality:

Stanley is a great house cat, family cat and best buddy. He is good with everyone. He can
easily be picked up and cradled, likes to snuggle with you and keep you company. We are
not sure if he was exposed to other cats or dogs, but he has done fine at the sanctuary with
the other cats here. He is having a great time exploring the kitty climbers, toys and greeting
visitors as they come in. Stanley is quite intrigued with the laser pen light, and any automated toys. They are the best. He is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that
will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
