Rescue:

When Bill was discovered he had been lost and alone for quite some time. His ordeal of
abandonment was evident in the condition of his body and coat. He was emaciated, extremely
hungry and his fur was thin and dry. It appeared that he had been wandering
around aimlessly for a long time and was lucky enough to find a farm. He wasn’t sure if
the owner would chase him away as other people may have done. Bill came up to the kind
man and this lovely boy flopped over and started to purr. Charmed by his personality the
man checked this good boy over, and other than his body condition the man noticed that
Bill was missing his right eye. There was nothing there but a gaping hole and he knew this
cat needed more medical attention and care than just being fed. Through a friend of his
Pet Patrol was contacted and within a day or so he was at the sanctuary and onto the vet
for examination, surgery was scheduled and now Bill is happy and healthy. He has gained
weight during his recovery, his fur has filled in. Throughout it all he has continued to show
us a wonderful loving personality.

Personality:

This handsome boy went to a foster home where he has received one to one attention and
affection. He began with a timid demeanor, understandably adjusting to the changes in his
life. However, as time went on, he blossomed into an affectionate and attention-seeking
companion. Now, his sweet, soft chirps serve as delightful indicators of his desire for human
interaction and connection. Bill’s playful nature shines through, adding an element of
joy to his character. He delights in the company of his loved ones, always seeking their
proximity. Notably, Bill has developed a fondness for playtime, finding immense pleasure in
catnip-infused toys. He is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome
him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
