Rescue:

Pet Patrol. received an email from a woman who has done cat rescue in the past and continues helping homeless cats in her area, placing them with rescues or finding them homes. She
was quite concerned about the number of cats in a certain home, and that they were not being
cared for properly. The tenants were feeding the cats mashed chickpeas and other non cat
type food, which was not providing them with all the nutrients they need. The litter was rice and
torn up newspaper and being heavy smokers the air was blue. Out of her own good will she
has provided proper cat litter, kibble and canned food as well as help for the cats with any health
concerns. With this better nutrition they have thrived. However, staying in that home would not
be in the cats best interest and she reached out to Pet Patrol for help for Noshi and his
housemates. Apparently there were more cats before and they were removed from the house,
to another rescue. We gladly took them in after meeting them and realized that they were
quite social and loved lots of attention.

Personality:

Noshi is a big boy (tall and long) with an even bigger personality and heart. He absolutely
adores people and loves to show it with head rubs and purrs, and is more than willing for you
to pick him up as well! He would be great in a home with children. He is also a mischievous fellow who loves to climb and will explore
anything, providing you with many moments of laughter and funny pictures. His favourite toys
are cat springs and any spare ribbon you can find. He is a great cat, as an only cat, and
happy to share your lap, blanket and TV time. Noshi is wonderful and ready to be adopted
into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
When it comes time to settle down, he likes to stay nice and toasty between your legs under
the covers! Noshi is ready for his forever home. One that will give him space to run and play
safely indoors, without any other cats or dogs.
