Rescue:

A woman and her husband who live in the basement apartment of a home noticed this pretty
little gray and white cat in their backyard. She had been wandering the neighborhood for about
a month and now she was amongst the plants that were ready to be cut back for the winter.
She was cold and wet as it was fall and the days were dreary, and she was very pregnant. Not
wanting her to be struggling to have her kittens somewhere that was not safe or dry they
brought her into their home. She was well looked after and showed what a wonderful personality she has and named her Gypsy. She had five kittens within a few days and they were all fat
and happy due to these people bringing her in on time and feeding her quality food. Gypsy
eventually was moved to another foster home with her kittens. There they could stretch their
legs and have lots of exposure to new people, friendly resident cats, and a happy resident dog,
as well as respectful children.

Personality:

This brown tabby girl plays well with her siblings, but definitely let’s them check things out first.
Observing how they test out toys and when they explore the room she will eventually follow.
Gretel loves boxes and the tunnel to play in. She doesn’t really care for the lab sized dog of the
house, and will usually avoid her. This pretty girl is the quietest of the litter and will come out of
her shell more in a calm and nurturing environment. She needs a quite house and would do
best with one of her litter mates for company, playability and snuggles. Gretel is ready to be
adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely
indoors. .
