Rescue:

Nira and her brother Naz were born in the rustic confines of a cattle barn with nowhere else to
call home. Although it is not uncommon for farms to have cats, they have a job to do in keeping down the rodent population, it is a hard life. With a small cat wondering round with
large animals accidents happen and they can be stepped on etc. Little kittens are the most
vulnerable with falling down holes, being hit by large machinery and there are wild predators
who circle the property looking for prey all the time. The kind people who run the farm didn’t
want any more cats on their property and brought Nira and her brother into their house, socialized them and gave them somewhere warm to sleep and good food to eat. They tried to find
adoptive homes for all the kittens but were unable to find anyone to take them. Soon Pet
Patrol was called and these sweet kitties were brought into our care. .

Personality:

Nira and her brother Naz do like each other a lot and play together nicely. They can be
adopted together or into a home where there are playmates for them. They have loved chasing each other around their house, finding corners and cubbies from which to launch sneak
attacks at each other, and cuddling up together on a couch or a cat bed when a nap is
needed. They are used to having children around, and they can be easily picked up and snuggled, rewarding their people with purrs of contentment. Nira and Naz are ready to go to their
forever home, one ready for adventure and the laughter that comes from watching kittens
grow up in a house filled with love. They are to be kept strictly indoors. .
