Rescue:

A woman who lives at least an hour and a half from the sanctuary had called everyone that she
could think of in regards to three little kittens. She had been housing them in a shop/garage at
her place of employment. A number of months back a mother cat showed up and had her litter
of kittens in this garage. The environment was not clean as it was full of automotive parts,
skids, cardboard boxes, and metal shelving., but it was a haven for a homeless cat. The staff
helped to socialize the kittens and at one point the mother cat disappeared. When the woman
reached out to Pet Patrol the cats were getting older and at this point they were now almost 6
months of age. All sweet and friendly and happy to be entertained by people and cuddled. Pet
Patrol was the only rescue that answered her plea and several attempts were made to have
the cats come into our care through volunteer drivers. Eventually, she drove the distance herself and they came directly to the sanctuary. Daria, Dante and brother Daine, all lovely, sweet
little cats, and are ready for adoption.

Personality:

Dante and Darrah are bonded sisters who share loves for snuggles on soft blankets, naps in
the sunshine, catnip mice and pre-bedtime zoomies. These sweet and gentle girls even kindly
wait for each other before they dive into their meals! Dante is the more out-going of the pair
and enjoys being entertained by birds and mice on a television screen, often running around to
the side of the screen to see where they disappeared! Dariah is a bit more timid and is not a
fan of loud noises and sudden movements. She knows where to find places under tables or
chairs to make herself feel safe. However, if you catch her napping, she is not opposed to
being picked up for a sleepy snuggle, often burying her head in the crook of your arm and
rewarding you with loud purrs. These beautiful girls are ready to be adopted together into a
home that will patiently grow with them and keep them safely indoors.
