Rescue:

Baby Taryn was so tiny and living in a big old barn with three big horses and about nine
other cats. The other cats are fixed and her mama was a stray who just showed up and
had her litter, but Taryn was the only kitten that survived. This was on a farm where twenty
years ago when the couple bought the property there were fifty cats, breeding uncontrollably. Through the help of Pet Patrol and another cat rescue organizations all the cats have
been fixed, kittens adopted out and now he has a total of nine healthy barn cats. No more
kittens are born unless a lone stray arrives for dinner and decides this is a good place to
have her babies. The couple that live on the property are older and at some point will move
but in the meantime any little ones that are born are brought to Pet Patrol and any
unaltered cats that show up are spayed or neutered. That’s the best way of helping keep
the colony under control.

Personality:

When Taryn arrived at her foster home she was eight weeks old and weighed 2 lbs but that
didn’t stop her from finding her place with four adult resident cats.If one of them was running she was chasing, and her size doesn’t matter when it comes to meal time. Taryn loves
her food and will spread out as large as she can to make room for herself! Her big personality includes wanting LOTS of people time. She loves to sit between your feet or snuggle
in your hair. This is the sweetest, feistiest kitten who would love to have another kitty sibling
to play with. Taryn is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome
her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
