Rescue:

Pet Patrol received an email from a man who was just trying to help his daughter out.
Apparently she had gone through a pretty bad break up and he adopted two kittens for her,
for company, off of Kijiji. Lovely cats, no health concerns, personalities are wonderful.
However, and unfortunately, they didn’t realize that the daughter was highly allergic to the
kittens. She tried to adjust to it, took medications to help with the stuffy nose and itchy eyes
but it just became too uncomfortable. The father and daughter didn’t want to post the girls
online again, they wanted the cats to go to a good home. Neither of the young cats had
been spayed or had any vaccines. Within a day or so Kandi and Kleo came into Pet Patrol
care and proved to be lovely, affectionate and healthy cat. It is a sad situation for the babies to be bounced around however, the people looking after them did love them.

I have spent a lot of time with these two girls and they are very affectionate and loving.
Their favorite toys are wands that have a mouse or ball attached to the dangling string, and
they can jump very high while playing with them. They are easily enticed with the laser pen
light. Kandi and Kleo are notorious for chasing each other around the apartment with the
zoomies, it’s quite funny to watch. They love Amazon boxes!! They like to cuddle up together, grooming and purring deeply in their comfy bed. It would be preferable for these
lovely kitties to be adopted into their forever home together. One that will welcome them
into the family and keep them safely indoors.
