Rescue:

Paloma was born to a pretty cat (Prita) who was discovered on a farm property with her sister
(Petina), when they were just kittens. They quickly became social and were adopted into a
family home who had other pets as well. Fast forward two years and the people called Pet
Patrol saying they were selling and moving out of province to be closer to family. Things were
just not working out for them here and the cats had to go – today. There was a ten minute
texting conversation with arrangements for the cats to come to the sanctuary and then silence.
Then the message “I have dropped them off at the local city shelter”. ? That didn’t make much
sense but by the end of the day both cats were in our care but surprisingly one had a litter of
three kittens, and the sister gave birth within 5 days to four babies. They are all happy, healthy
and confident.

Personality:

Paloma is a beautiful little Siamese looking kitten who loves to play! She explores everywhere, and loves boxes and structures she climbs over and through. She is comfortable being
handled by gentle children and happy to be carried around. This little beauty will chase anything that moves – anything can be a toy! She is gentle and sweet and would make a great
addition to a home. Paloma is ready to be adopted into her forever home with a sibling or a
playmate. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
