Rescue:

Pandora was born to a pretty cat (Petina) who was discovered on a farm property with her
sister (Prita), when they were just kittens. They quickly became social and were adopted into
a family home who had other pets as well. Fast forward two years and the people called Pet
Patrol saying they were selling and moving out of province to be closer to family. Things were
just not working out for them here and the cats had to go – today. There was a ten minute
texting conversation with arrangements for the cats to come to the sanctuary and then silence.
Then the message “I have dropped them off at the local city shelter”. ? That didn’t make much
sense but by the end of the day both cats were in our care but surprisingly one had a litter of
three kittens, and the sister gave birth within 5 days to four babies. They are all happy, healthy
and confident.

Personality:

Pandora is a loving little kitten who can’t get enough of her people! Her purr can be heard
constantly and she is always the first to come greet her foster family. Easy to pick up and
cuddle. This little one will seek out her people for a warm lap or loving embrace. She does well
with children and adults, and is easy to handle. Pandora is an excellent jumper whose
favorite toy is the wand with a wiggly mouse or ball at the end of the string. She is such a
sweet kitten who would be an amazing addition to a loving home. She is ready to be adopted
into her forever home with a sibling or playmate. One that will welcome her into the family and
keep her safely indoors.
