Rescue:

A couple who frequent their cottage throughout the summer have been feeding the cats in
their community for a long time. There are feral kittens every year and overtime they find
homes for them, bring them to Pet Patrol and have adopted a few for themselves as well.
The cats have been lucky enough to have a watchful eye over them, to be fed and cared
for. The mother cat to Aioli and Alfie is a blue cream pretty girl who is allowed inside an
older man’s house during the winter months. Although not social, she is enjoying not being
out in all weather. But he is old school and doesn’t feel that getting the cats spayed or
neutered is a necessity. The couple who brought these two kittens to us will be helping
rescue the mother cat and making sure that she no longer contributes to the overpopulation of cats.

Personality:

Alfie is a happy-go-lucky, go-with-the-flow kind of guy. No toys at hand? No problem, there
are toes, shoes, or that dust bunny under the couch. He loves snuggles and is happy to be
held. Wrestling matches with his brother Aioli are high on his list of favourite activities.
When napping he will seek out a soft and comfy spot with his brother close behind him.
Alfie is seeking a forever home filled with love, cuddles, and plenty of playtime. He would
be especially happy if he could be adopted along with his brother Aioli. A home that will
welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
