Rescue:

Bae, a friendly and affectionate cat, had put all his trust and faith in people to care for him
and his brother Banji forever – but instead they were abandoned. Mid summer a call came
into Pet Patrol about a momma cat and her five kittens explaining that the person who
rented the country property had created quite a colony of unaltered cats and then abruptly
moved. She returned once a week to put out food for them but it wasn’t enough. When the
colony was finally discovered they were in sorry shape. Some of the kittens had passed
and the mother cat, Bae and Banji were thin and looking worse for wear. They were easily
picked up and placed in carriers and were on their way to the sanctuary. Luckily they recovered from their stressful days with lots of care while at the sanctuary

Personality:

Bae is a sweetie who loves to help you clean up and is also vocal about cuddle time. He
loves catnip pillows and works hard to make sure they are of highest quality. He is a puppy
dog of a cat who follows you around, making sure you are aware of any hazards in your
way…. Usually him. He loves nothing more than cuddling up close and flipping pages on
ebooks. He is quite attached to his brother Banji, and they have integrated with the adult
resident cats quite well. Although very social, the boys would not do well as solo cats as
they seek each other out for play and cuddles. Bae is ready to be adopted into his forever
home with his brother Banji. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them
safely indoors.
