Rescue:

Banji, a friendly and affectionate cat, had put all his trust and faith in people to care for him
and his brother Bae forever – but instead they were abandoned. Mid summer a call came
into Pet Patrol about a momma cat and her five kittens explaining that the person who
rented the country property had created quite a colony of unaltered cats and then abruptly
moved. She returned once a week to put out food for them but it wasn’t enough. When the
colony was finally discovered they were in sorry shape. Some of the kittens had passed
and the mother cat, Bae and Banji were thin and looking worse for wear. They were easily
picked up and placed in carriers and were on their way to the sanctuary. Luckily they recovered from their stressful days with lots of care while at the sanctuary.

Personality:

Banji is a cuddle bucket who likes to pretend to be a scarf. He will let you know exactly
when it is time to cuddle, and greets you at the door . He is learning that feathered string
toys are super fun and is very possessive of catnip toys. He is very high energy and would do well with other playful, high energy cats or dogs, definitely needs a playmate!
Banji is ready to be adopted into his forever. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
