Rescue:
Fia was born outdoors in Elmira, where she spent her days playing and hiding in the bushes with
her siblings, huddling together each night to keep warm. As a summer kitten, Fia had never
experienced a harsh winter, but with colder weather fast approaching, her first encounter with the
Canadian cold would be challenging. Thankfully, Fia’s life took a brighter turn before the weather
changed—she was rescued from the outdoors just in time. Now safe and warm, Fia is ready to
leave behind her rough beginnings and find a loving indoor home where she’ll be cozy and cared
for yearround.
Personality:
Fia is a bundle of purrs and affection, always eager to snuggle up with her people. Her favorite spot
is draped over her foster’s shoulders, where she feels cozy and close. She’d thrive in a home with
another young cat to play and romp with, as she has a playful spirit and loves companionship. Fia
is happiest when curled up in a lap, soaking up belly rubs, head rubs, and any attention you’re
willing to give. She truly embodies gratitude, always showing just how happy she is to be safe and
loved indoors. Fia is ready to bring warmth and affection to a forever home one that will keep her
safely indoors.
