Rescue:
Pet Patrol was alerted to poor Robyn through a telephone message. A woman said that her friend
was in the hospital, terminal and nonresponsive. He owned a cat, a three year old named Robyn.
It seems that the friend had substance addictions and was in a tumultuous relationship with
someone else. The home was chaotic, to say the least. The woman calling was now trying to help
by placing Robyn in a good home. All her attempts had failed, so now she was reaching out to cat
rescue organizations. Robyn came into our care as a very sweet and concerned cat, as she had
lived in the empty house for three weeks before coming into the sanctuary.
Personality:
Robyn is a truly lovely cat with a calm, affectionate, and easygoing nature. It didn’t take her long to
settle into her foster home, where she quickly showed just how effortlessly she fits into daily life.
Whether she’s quietly lounging nearby or seeking gentle affection, Robyn is the perfect companion
for someone looking for a laidback feline friend. She’s as adaptable as she is sweet, happy to live
as the center of attention in a home of her own or share her space with another cat. Robyn’s soft
demeanor and easygoing personality make her a joy to be around—she’s the kind of cat who
makes a house feel like a home. Robyn is now ready to be adopted into her forever home—one
that will welcome her with open arms, appreciate her gentle spirit, and keep her safely indoors
where she can continue to thrive.
