Rescue:

Forest was born outdoors in Elmira, where he spent his days playing and hiding in the bushes with
his siblings, huddling together each night to keep warm. As a summer kitten, Forest had never
experienced a harsh winter, but with colder weather fast approaching, his first encounter with the
Canadian cold would be challenging. Thankfully, Forest’s life took a brighter turn before the weather
changed—he was rescued from the outdoors just in time. Now safe and warm, Forest is ready to
leave behind his rough beginnings and find a loving indoor home where he’ll be cozy and cared for
year round.

Personality:

Forest is a little adventurer full of life. Curious, social, and always ready for fun, he loves to be in
the middle of everything happening around him. If there’s excitement, you can be sure he’ll come
running! Having never lived in a house before, he was initially a bit shy in his foster home, but that
hesitation vanished the moment he discovered toys and catnip. Within a day, Forest was playing
and cuddling with his foster siblings, even encouraging the shyest cat in the house to play for the
first time. By the second day, he had explored every corner of his new space, happily purring and
rolling over for belly rubs. It didn’t take him long to realize just how comfortable a bed is, especially
when it comes with human snuggles. Forest is looking for a forever home where he can spread his
joy. He only asks for three things: fun toys, plenty of catnip, and a feline friend to play and cuddle
with. His friendly nature wins over every cat he meets, and his playful energy is contagious. Forest
is ready for his next big adventure—one that keeps him safe and loved indoors!
