Rescue:
Levi and his brother Lennox, with two other siblings had a long drive to get to Pet Patrol. They
came from up north, about an hours’ drive away at least. A woman up in that area, who has
since retired from rescuing cats, was notified about a certain farm where the cats were not
welcomed. The issue was that a female cat had wandered onto the property and had a litter
of kittens. The farm owner knew that they would multiply and he was just not having it. when
kittens were born and started running around he threatened to shoot them. This set off an
urgent need to rescued them, and one neighbour took it upon herself to find a place that could
help. The entire feline family was rescued and not having too many resources in that area, the
kittens came to us. The woman made sure the mother cat was spayed and a happy home
found for her
Personality:
Levi is a beautiful brown tabby with white toes on his hind feet. He loves playing with all the cat
toys but his favourite activity of all is to hide in boxes, baskets and bags. When Levi gets the
zoomies, he pounces on his brother or any pair of legs passing by. Give him belly rubs and
chin scratches and he will reward you with loud purrs of delight. Levi will tag along when anyone is walking through the house or doing chores and wants to help you mop the floors. He will
lay at your feet and keep you company while you do the dishes and work in the kitchen. Levi is
fascinated with hair and loves to play with long hair when he finds it in a ponytail or laying on a
pillow. He will even jump up on the chair while you are at the computer, reach up and “comb
your hair” while you work. So relaxing! Levi is ready to be adopted into his forever home.
One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
