Rescue:
Palmer, Paxton, and Payton’s mom showed up one day on a property that is right on the edge of
town. It is one of the last streets on the city borderline on one side of the property are cookie
cutter houses, and on the other are open fields. What they noticed most about her was how friendly
she was and how pregnant she was. After trying to find her original owner with no results, they
chose to make a nice warm shelter for her in their garage so that she was able to have her kittens
in there safely. They were never allowed outside to face the elements or get lost to become prey.
They were handled gently and treated well, and they’ve developed into a wonderful little friendly
feline family. When she came to us, she had a collar and bell on, so they would be able to find her
easily if she hid the kittens. Their garage was not used for a car but more for storage. Once they
reached six weeks of age and started wandering climbing, they felt it was time for them to go to
rescue group. And soon they were in Pet Patrol’s care.
Personality:
Payton is an energetic little girl who brings endless fun and excitement to playtime. The natural
leader among her siblings, she’s always the first to start a game of hideandseek, showing off her
playful spirit and quick reflexes. Payton loves chasing small toys and dashing through tunnels,
keeping herself happily entertained and her siblings on their toes. With her lively nature and
adventurous heart, Payton would thrive in a loving home—one that will welcome her into the family
and keep her safely indoors.
