Rescue:

Dolly’s journey to safety began on a chilly autumn day in a small village. A woman, neighbor to one
of Pet Patrol’s longtime volunteers, was out walking her dog when she spotted a fuzzy gray kitten
sitting alone under an old dump truck. Dolly looked bewildered and cold, her tiny frame shivering in
the damp breeze. The woman knelt down and called softly, “come here, kitty kitty.” To her surprise,
the little kitten quickly trotted over. Weighing barely two pounds, Dolly fit easily into her arms, and
as soon as she was tucked into the warmth of the woman’s coat, she began to purr contentedly.
Where had she come from? Why was she alone? Sadly, no answers were ever found. The woman
took Dolly home and reached out to her neighbor, who contacted Pet Patrol for help. Dolly arrived
at the sanctuary soon after, charming everyone with her sweet and endearing nature. She has
since thrived in care, growing stronger and happier every day. Dolly is now ready to find a loving
forever home, where she will always be safe and cherished.

Dolly is an absolute sweetheart with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. She adores interactive
playtime and never says no to a good game with her favorite toys. Her curious and adventurous
nature keeps her happily exploring her surroundings, always ready for the next bit of fun. Since
arriving at her foster home, Dolly has settled in beautifully, charming everyone with her sweet
demeanor and gentle energy. Whether she’s batting at a toy, chasing after a string, or curling up for
some quiet time, Dolly is a delightful little companion who brings joy wherever she goes. She’s
ready to find her forever home, where she’ll be loved, cherished, and kept safely indoors.
